These are the questions Northwest Florida Career Pathways seeks to answer with expected wages for jobs by industry sector and step-by-step educational pathways that will lead students to their future careers.

Registered apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeship training programs are a key component of Florida’s workforce education ecosystem. In addition, regional school districts have developed a wide range of career academy programs that are aligned with the needs of the local economy. More than 400 Career Academy Programs are available across the region, including 10 focused on manufacturing.
